RENEWABLE-RESOURCE OBSERVATORY BOARD IS CREATED

GAMESA TO SUPPLY 28 WIND TURBINES TO IVPC IN SICILY

Gamesa will supply Ivpc with 28 wind turbines for a total price of 26mn euros, the Spanish company announced on Feb. 14.

ITALIAN WIND POWER TO REACH 1,900 MW IN 2005

ENEL-ENEA SOLAR PROJECT STALLED: NO DECREE YET

The failure to approve the decrees implementing the decree-law 387/2003 on renewable resources has blocked the thermodynamic solar plant in Priolo Gargallo (Siracusa), which Enel and Enea are to build with an investment of 50mn euros (see SN n° 20, 2004, p. 3).
